SAN DIEGO, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc.
(NYSE: BPP), an equity real estate investment trust (REIT), today announced
that it has appointed Kathleen Burgi-Sandell, Susan Rorison, Peggy Thrailkill
and Donna Godbout, officers of the Company.
Acting as Vice President, Regional Director of Asset Management, Kathleen
Burgi-Sandell is responsible for all the Company's assets in the Northern
California and Pacific Northwest regions which today total some 3.7 million
square feet in 31 properties. Previously, Ms. Burgi-Sandell was Vice
President of Allegis Realty Advisors for over ten years where she was
responsible for commercial properties totaling 4 million square feet.
As Vice President, Regional Director of Asset Management, Susan Rorison is
responsible for all the Company's assets in the Southern California region
which today total some 5.3 million square feet in 40 properties. Ms. Rorison
was previously the Director of retail properties at CB/Richard Ellis and for
over ten years was with Prudential Realty Group responsible for their retail
assets in the Western U.S.
Peggy Thrailkill has been named Vice President, Director of Asset
Management / Training and Transition. Ms. Thrailkill has been with the
Company for three years and previously held the position of Regional Asset
Manager for the Southern California region. Prior to joining the Company, she
was with Grossmont Land Company located in La Mesa, California, where she was
responsible for the management, leasing and marketing of 1.2 million square
feet of mixed-used retail and commercial space.
As Vice President, Administration, Donna Godbout has been with the company
for three years. Ms. Godbout is responsible for human resources, facilities
management and administration of the Company's offices, and has been
instrumental for the opening and expansion of all the Company's offices and
administrative systems.
