aviation buyers and suppliers.
EverythingAircraft.com offers a variety of business-to-business
transaction capabilities, such as giving buyers, both domestic and
international, the ability to locate and purchase airplane parts from numerous
suppliers through one-stop shopping, with no subscription fees. At
EverythingAircraft.com, the availability and prices of parts from numerous
manufacturers and distributors are displayed at the buyer's fingertips,
eliminating the current costly and time-consuming process of parts
purchasing.
EverythingAircraft.com features quick and efficient credit card
transactions, credit verifications, account settling, and reliable and timely
payments to the suppliers. The site also provides account reconciliation and
extensive advertising for participating aviation suppliers.
On March 28, Raytheon, The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin Corporation,
BAE SYSTEMS and Commerce One announced the creation of an independent
enterprise that will develop an Internet trading exchange for the global
aerospace and defense industry. This open aerospace and defense exchange will
provide a secure, electronic marketplace where buyers and sellers around the
world can conduct business. The intent is to integrate EverythingAircraft.com
into the aerospace and defense exchange once the partners reach a definitive
agreement.
The business-to-consumer component of EverythingAircraft.com will be
launched later this year for general aviation consumers and enthusiasts,
offering a resource for information, products and services for the aircraft
community.

On Feb. 19, Raytheon Marine unveiled Boaters.com for boating enthusiasts.
A blend of magazine-style pleasure boating content and marine product buying
information, Boaters.com also features a merchant mall with direct access to
the nation's leading marine industry retailers and real-time customer service.
