First North American Operator to Implement CSG's Kenan FX Framework
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global billing and

that US LEC, (Nasdaq: CLEC), a super-regional telecommunications carrier
providing integrated voice, data and Internet services to businesses and
enterprise organizations throughout the Eastern United States, has
successfully deployed the Kenan FX framework as its customer management and
billing solution.

US LEC's deployment marks another milestone since CSG's launch of Kenan
FX. US LEC represents the first North American customer to take advantage of
the full compliment of features and modules offered with the Kenan FX
platform. Since the introduction of Kenan FX last September, 16 operators
around the world have selected Kenan FX solutions. These operators support a
wide range of services, including fixed line, mobile, broadband and IP,
representing everything from start-up operations to large operators with
millions of subscribers.
US LEC has implemented the latest version of the Kenan(R)/BP billing
engine and CSG's Customer Center, a fully configurable customer care
application that provides order management and customer care support in a
single application integrated with billing. The solution can be easily
configured to meet individual look-and-feel and screen workflow requirements,
giving the operator control over how the application is used within existing
business processes.
