availability of eight kids meal toys designed to help kids have a web-slinging
good time outdoors this summer in connection with Sony Pictures' soon-to-be
released summer blockbuster, Spider-Man(R) 2.  These Spider-Active toys are
Burger King Corporation's first premiums with sun-reveal technology that
enables a secret Spidey symbol to appear when the toys are in sunlight --
encouraging outdoor play and activity based on the Webbed Wonder's popular
super powers.  The premiums are available at participating BURGER KING(R)
restaurants nationwide with the purchase of a BURGER KING(R) kids meal from
June 28, 2004, to August 8, 2004, while supplies last.

    Spider-Active Outdoor Fun
    This action-packed collection of toys encourages kids to use their
imaginations to get outside and emulate Spidey's popular powers.  Kids can
collect all eight premiums: the Spidey-Speed Stopwatch, Spidey Web Ball,
Spidey's Super Squirter, Energy Blast Doc Ock, Web Glider Spidey, Throw &
Stick Spidey, Spidey Vision Scope and a set of three Spidey Web Flingers.

    Secret Sun-Reveal Images
    In addition to being a fun toy, each premium contains a hidden Spider-Man
image that only appears in sunlight, encouraging kids to run, jump and swing
outside to discover each toy's secret.  Kids can collect the images and go
online to http://www.bk.com/spidey to match the symbol with the toy for
special online prizes.

    Web-Slinging Promotion
    Burger King Corporation's Spider-Man 2 premium programs debuts with
online, direct-mail, in-store and television advertising developed with
advertising partner Campbell-Mithun.  An interactive site has also been
