FEI Announces Election of New Leaders

                  Mary Jo Green of Sony to Serve as Chairman

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives
International (FEI), the leading professional organization serving Chief
Financial Officers (CFOs) and other senior financial executives, today
announced the election of a new slate of executive officers for the year
beginning July 1, 2004.
    Mary Jo Green, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sony Corporation of
America, was elected Chairman.

    Additional officers include:

    * Robert Walker, former Chief Financial Officer of Agilent Technologies,
      will serve as Vice Chairman;

    * Richard Schrader, Executive Vice President and CFO of Parsons
      Brinckerhoff, Inc. in New York City, and M. Alexis Dow, Metro Auditor of
      Metro in Portland, OR, will serve as Vice Presidents at large;

    * Forbes Baker, Controller and CAO of the Port of Houston Authority in
      Houston, Texas, will serve as Treasurer;

    * David Cavallo, Assistant Controller for USG Corporation, Chicago, will
      serve as Secretary;

    * H. Stephen Grace, Jr., immediate Past FEI Chairman, and President of
      H.S. Grace & Co., Houston, Texas,  and Ridge A. Braunschweig, Executive
      Vice President and CFO of Orion Corporation, Grafton, Wis., will serve
      as Directors-at-large;

    * Joan Netzel, First Vice President, Audit Relationship Manager for
      SunTrust Banks, Inc., Atlanta, will serve as chairman of the Board of
      Trustees for Financial Executives Research Foundation, FEI's research
      affiliate.

    Ms. Green has been a member of FEI since 1988. During that time she's held
various leadership positions nationally, as well as within the
Connecticut/Westchester chapter. Last year she served as Vice Chairperson.
She's also served on the Board of the United Way of Stamford, the Housing
Development Fund of Fairfield County, and the Advisory Board of the University
of Connecticut School of Business. Ms. Green received an M.B.A in Accounting
from Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration and graduated from the
Rutgers Newark College of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in Economics.
