has executed a lease at Colonial Mall Staunton for the 55,700 square foot
space left vacant by K-Mart. The store will hold its grand opening on August
20, 2004. Steve & Barry's joins existing anchors Belk, JC Penney, Goody's,
Peeble's and Regal Cinema. The 423,000 square foot regional mall is now 93%
leased.
