distribution agreement with Call Direct Enterprises, Inc., a leading catalog
direct marketing company in Canada. The agreement marks Hello Direct's first
expansion outside the United States.
Under the agreement, Call Direct becomes the exclusive distributor of
Hello Direct proprietary products throughout Canada. The agreement will
commence immediately and is focused on generating incremental revenue for both
companies.
