FEI Elects New Officers

                  H. Stephen Grace, Jr. to Serve as Chairman

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives
International (FEI), the premier professional association for CFOs,
controllers and treasurers, announces the election of a new slate of executive
officers, whose one-year terms begin July 1. Officers serve on a volunteer
basis.
    H. Stephen Grace, Jr., Ph.D., will serve as FEI Chairman. Dr. Grace is
president and chairman of H. S. Grace & Company, Inc., a privately owned
consultancy firm in Houston and New York, providing specialized financial and
operational advisory services to companies, consultation on complex commercial
litigation and advice on corporate governance issues. A member of FEI since
1970, Dr. Grace has held numerous leadership positions at both the national
and local levels, including vice chairman, national vice president-at-large,
area vice president and president of both the New York and Houston chapters.
    Mary Jo Green, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sony Corporation of
America in New York City, will serve as Vice Chair. Serving as Vice
Presidents-at-Large are Michael F. Nemser, a consultant in Pittsburgh, and
Richard Schrader, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc., in New York City. M. Alexis Dow, metro auditor,
Metro of Portland, Oregon, will serve as Treasurer, and Robert Walker, retired
CFO of Agilent Technologies, as Secretary.
