HORSHAM, Pa., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage (GMACCM) has
originated $21,200,000 of mortgages on a portfolio of senior and
assisted-living housing.
The acquisition financing for two Sunrise Assisted Living facilities
closed on June 15. Sunrise received the interim funding with a 30-year
amortization and 75 percent loan to value. The first location is in Norwood,
Massachusetts. It is a 72-unit facility on 2.6 acres about 14 miles south of
Boston. The second is a 79-unit Sunrise Assisted Living home on 3.36 acres in
Columbia, Maryland. Both residences also provide an Alzheimer health care
wing.
GMACCM Vice President Philip Brooks of the Richmond office originated the
transaction.
