SALT LAKE CITY, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Franklin Covey (NYSE: FC) announced
today that Jon Rowberry has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of the
Company. A search will be initiated by the Company to choose a successor to
Mr. Rowberry. Until a successor is named, Robert A. Whitman, the Chairman of
the Board, will act as interim Chief Executive Officer.
