SAN DIEGO, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Satellite Security Systems,
Inc. ("S3") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Satellite Security Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: SSCY), today announced that deliveries of S3's GPS
technology and solutions to Blue Bird Corporation began during the last
week of the Q2 and will continue through the beginning of Q3.
Under the terms of the agreement between S3 and Blue Bird, S3 will
deliver approximately 2,100 units to Blue Bird for immediate use. The
agreement between Blue Bird and S3 grants Blue Bird exclusive rights in the
bus manufacturing market to sell S3's GlobalGuard(TM) solutions.

potential for significant reduction in transportation costs through
efficient monitoring, routing and scheduling processes. The GlobalGuard
solution is designed to capture data and events unique to each school
district or contractor needs while being able to be integrated into

As S3 fulfills on this first order, S3 expects this first delivery to
generate revenues of approximately $1.0 Million in product and services
through the end of 2006. S3 expects an additional order from Blue Bird in
late Q3 as part of the ongoing terms of the OEM agreement.
