MATTHEWS, N.C., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PCA
International, Inc. today announced that Barry Feld will become President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective August 1, 1999.
Mr. Feld has had a successful 20-year career in the vision-care industry,
most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer of Vista Eyecare, Inc.
He has served as chief executive officer of several regional eye-care
companies and has been a leading innovator in the industry.
Mr. Feld commented: "The portrait studio and related businesses that PCA
