announced that Jason A. Bernstein is joining his patent and trademark practice
with the Firm. Mr. Bernstein will lead and grow the Firm's Intellectual
Property Protection practice. He was voted into the partnership on May 20,
2003.

Mr. Bernstein started his own firm in 1991 after having eight years of
private practice and in-house corporate experience. He focuses his practice
in patent, trademark and copyright law, licensing and related disputes. He
received his J.D. from the University of Miami and graduated with a B.S. in
Chemistry from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and
the State Bar of Georgia and a registered patent attorney. He has been a
guest lecturer for several local colleges, including Kennesaw State College,
Georgia Institute of Technology and the Art Institute of Atlanta.
