SAN FRANCISCO, July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Semiconductor specialist public
relations agencies, Elev8 Public Relations, LLC and Impress Public
Relations, Inc., announced today prior to the start of SEMICON West 2006
that the two companies will merge businesses to form one larger, stronger
and more competitive PR organization serving the semiconductor and related
industries.
The combined company will operate under the Impress Public Relations
name, servicing over a dozen clients in the semiconductor industry ranging
from startups to billion-dollar companies. Impress will retain headquarters
in Phoenix, Ariz., with regional offices in San Francisco/Silicon Valley
and the New England/Boston area. Impress also has strategic partner
agencies in Munich, Germany and Tokyo, Japan. Plans for a Shanghai office
are under development.
