(Nasdaq: LLTC), a leading supplier of analog integrated circuits for

wireless systems, has purchased multiple ETS-364 test systems to enable
true parallel, multi-site testing in both engineering and production areas.
In a competitive selection process, Eagle Test was chosen based on the
proven high throughput and test economics of the ETS-364 Platform and its
superior Test Development environment.
