announced that on July 25, 2002 it will hold its second quarter operating
results conference call for analysts and shareholders at 1:30 PM Pacific Time.
Tom A. Lewis, Chief Executive Officer and Paul M. Meurer, Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer, will conduct the call.
