NAPERVILLE, Ill., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE:
OMX) today announced that Deborah O'Connor will assume the role of senior
vice president, finance and chief accounting officer, effective July 15,
2008.
O'Connor served most recently as senior vice president and controller
of the ServiceMaster Company from 1999 to 2007. "We are very happy to have
Deb on our management team," said Don Civgin, executive vice president and
chief financial officer for OfficeMax. "Deb brings a strong background of
