AURORA, Colo., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Pak Mail Centers (OTC: PMCX) has
entered into a master franchise agreement with Saihsa Transporte de Carga
Aerea of Honduras, S.A., to develop packaging and shipping centers in seven
countries in Central America. Saihsa Transporte is one of the most well
established transportation companies in Honduras and handles the transport of
the government bulk mail for that country. The execution of this exclusive
master franchise agreement allows the company to expand into the commercial
realm of the packaging and shipping industry throughout Central America.
The first Pak Mail Center is scheduled to be open within the next month in
Honduras with 15-25 stores open within the next 24 months. In addition to
Honduras, the other Central American countries included in this agreement are
Belize, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Panama. Pak Mail
now has master franchise agreements signed in 15 countries.
Franchises in Central America will offer packaging and shipping services,
mail box rental, and business support services like faxing, copying, the same
basic Pak Mail services that are offered throughout the U.S.
Janie D'Addio, one of the original shareholders of Pak Mail, facilitated
the introduction of the parties to this master agreement. A resident of
Dallas, D'Addio is the owner of one of the largest mailbox manufacturers in
the country. The company supplies mailboxes to franchises like Pak Mail
Centers, the U.S. Government and many foreign countries.
