CHICAGO, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Burns International Services Corporation
(NYSE: BOR) today announced that its subsidiary, Globe Aviation Services, was
awarded two new contracts at Boston Logan International Airport. American
Airlines has signed a three year contract with Globe beginning August 1, 2000.
It is a multi-million-dollar contract with over 200 Globe employees providing
preboard passenger screening, cargo, baggage service, skycap and priority
parcel services.
In addition, Globe was awarded a multi-year contract by the Volpe Group
that manages the International Terminal in Boston with approximately 50 Globe
employees providing preboard screening, skycap and baggage handling services
for a consortium of six international carriers at the International Terminal.

contract awards will make Boston Logan one of Globe's priority locations.
American Airlines is Globe's largest customer and we are pleased to add this
incremental American Airlines business and the Volpe contract to our
portfolio."
