announced today that H. John Greeniaus has been elected to join the automotive
consumer products company board of directors effective immediately.
Mr. Greeniaus was chairman and chief executive officer of Nabisco, Inc.
from 1993 until 1997, and president and chief executive officer of Nabisco
Foods Group from 1987 until 1993. He began his career with Nabisco as
president of Nabisco Brands Food Group Canada in 1980. Prior to that he held
executive positions with Standard Brands Canada, PepsiCo Canada, J. Walter
Thompson Canada, Canada Marketing Associates and Procter & Gamble Canada. His
corporate directorships include CCL Industries Inc. Canada, Primedia Inc. U.S.
and True North Communications Inc. U.S.
