New Platform to Support Hawaiian Telcom's
Subscribers in Hawaii
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Leading global
customer care and billing solutions provider CSG Systems (Nasdaq: CSGS) today
announced that Hawaiian Telcom, the leading provider of telecommunications
services in Hawaii, has selected solutions within CSG's Kenan FX framework.

When deployed in 2006, CSG's Kenan/BP(R) and the full suite of CSG Data
Mediation(R) solutions will support Hawaiian Telcom's residential, business
and government subscribers of wireline local and long distance voice and data
services as well as Internet services. CSG's solutions also will support
Hawaiian Telcom's directory services business.
CSG's Professional Services consultants will support the project's lead
systems integrator in the deployment of Kenan FX solutions at Hawaiian Telcom.
Hawaiian Telcom was officially launched on May 2, 2005, when the sale of
Verizon Hawaii to The Carlyle Group was completed. CSG's solutions will
replace various legacy mediation and billing systems to enable a single,
360-degree view of all services and customers across the new company's
footprint.
