the semiconductor industry, has introduced its Raider MBA-300 Mini-Batch
Thermal Processor at the Semicon West conference in San Francisco. The
MBA-300 is a fully automated, low-temperature thermal processor. It was
designed to meet the process-control requirements of fabs transitioning to
45-nanometer nodes and utilizing increasingly complex materials.
The new tool, built on the company's Raider platform, combines
Semitool's advanced automation systems with a patented double-lift process
chamber and multi-zone heating element. At 37 square-feet, the tool's
compact footprint allows for easy integration within the customer's fab.
