Coherent, Inc. to Webcast Third Fiscal Quarter 2006 Results

(Nasdaq: COHR), today announced the Company would release its earnings
after the market close and host a live webcast to discuss its third fiscal
quarter 2006 results scheduled for Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 4:30 p.m.
ET.
