IMS HEALTH to Announce 1998 Second-Quarter Results on July 21; Conference Call Scheduled on July 22
 
    WESTPORT, Conn., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- IMS HEALTH (NYSE: RX), which was
spun off from Cognizant Corporation on July 1, 1998, plans to announce 1998
second-quarter pro forma results after market close on Tues., July 21, 1998.
Robert E. Weissman, IMS HEALTH chairman and chief executive officer, and
Victoria R. Fash, IMS HEALTH president and chief operating officer, will
review the company's performance and outlook during a conference call with
analysts on Wed., July 22, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
