Standard & Poor's (S&P) has assigned a AA financial strength rating, with a
stable outlook, to its recently authorised mortgage insurance subsidiary
Radian Europe Limited. This rating enables Radian Europe to offer an array
of mortgage credit risk solutions to clients in the United Kingdom and
European Union.

nearly $5.0 billion and consolidated assets of more than $7.3 billion as of
March 31, 2006.
