    WALTHAM, Mass., July 11, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raytheon
Company's proven approach to a fully-integrated critical missions systems
environment will be prominently on display at the 2006 Farnborough Air
Show, opening Monday, July 17.
"Raytheon's unique ability to integrate critical mission systems is in
high demand around the world in both defence and civil aerospace industry
sectors. Our customers are increasingly relying on Raytheon's extensive
domain knowledge of a wide array of aerospace systems and architectures to
tie it all together into a seamless, integrated mission system," said Tom

At this year's show, Raytheon's chalet and the Farnborough Airfield

commitment to the warfighter:
On July 17 at 9 a.m., Raytheon representatives will brief the press on
"ASTOR: ISTAR Capability For the 21st Century" on the tarmac alongside the

segments of the ASTOR system have been available to the press.
Following ASTOR, Raytheon will host a 10:15 a.m. press briefing on
"Net- enabled Customer Solutions: Taking Mission Systems Integration to the
Next Level," highlighting the exploding net-centric environment. The
briefing will focus on Raytheon's worldwide experience with complex
architectures and the System of Elements(TM) concept to advance global
connectivity beyond traditional applications into more powerful,
mission-assured networks. These provide faster, more efficient and more
cost-effective solutions to military, civil and commercial customers.

breakfast at the Raytheon chalet. Jim Smith, vice president of Government
Business, will provide a review of the Beechcraft T-6B training system with
a program overview, avionics development update and discussion of the
program as a proven integrated training solution. Smith will also unveil a

solution. World-renowned aerobatic champion and T-6B demo pilot Patty
Wagstaff will perform during the air show flight program. She will also be
on hand during the briefing to answer questions on the aircraft and flying
display.

Avionics, will brief the press on "Air Dominance: The New Force
Multiplier." Grau will discuss how Raytheon's integrated end-to-end sensors

the logistics and support side of the business. As a result of this
initiative, Raytheon has developed the Mission Support ReadiLog(TM)
Integrated Solution Sets to provide customers with total capability
management, improved system and product performance, cost and capabilities
Later that same morning at 10:15 a.m., the Company will host a briefing
