DENVER, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- A team that treats a team -- local
chiropractic doctors Dr. Dan Hill and Dr. J.T. Anderson have recently been
appointed as the team chiropractors for the Denver Broncos football team by
Steve Antonopulos, head athletic trainer for the Broncos.
For several years, both chiropractic doctors have treated Broncos players
through their private practices. Broncos quarterback Bubby Brister is a
patient of Dr. Hill's and Broncos running back Terrell Davis is a patient of
Dr. Anderson's. "Chiropractic treatment helps prevent injuries and enhances
overall athletic performance," said Dr. Hill. "The spine and extremities
(elbows, knees, etc.) are kept in peak condition with chiropractic care," said
Dr. Anderson, "providing the players with an edge on their athletic
performance."
A 1989 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr.
Hill is an aspiring athlete and practices in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Anderson
is a 1994 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas,
participates in many sports, and practices in Aurora, Colorado. Both doctors
specialize in sports chiropractic in their practices and are honored to be
helping the team.
Bronco's coach Mike Shanahan integrated chiropractic as part of the
Bronco's fitness full-time regime last year and made the decision to continue
this season. Drs. Hill and Anderson will provide chiropractic care to the
team at least twice a week during the regular season and off-season.
