DSP Group Appoints New Senior VP and CTO

the residential wireless market, announced today the appointment of Eli Fogel
as Senior VP and Chief Technology Officer.  Eli Fogel has more than 20 years
of global research and development experience in the high tech industry with
leading technology companies.

    Eli Fogel's most recent position was CTO of Intel's cellular communication
division (CCD), and prior to that he served as Senior VP of engineering and
CTO of DSP Communications.  Eli Fogel was also involved in academic research
and teaching at MIT, the University of Notre Dame and the University of
Tel Aviv, and holds a Ph.D and M.S.c. in electrical engineering from Colorado
State University and a B.S.c. from the Technion, Israel Institute of
Technology.
