       Health Care Executive Adds Operations Depth and Proven Record of
                               Accomplishments

    DALLAS, July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radiologix, Inc. (Amex: RGX), a
leading national provider of diagnostic imaging services, today announced the
appointment of Carol A. Gleber as senior vice president and chief operating
officer.  Ms. Gleber brings to Radiologix over 28 years of health care
management experience and a record of success directing the operations of
publicly traded and privately held outpatient, multi-site health care services
companies.

    Immediately prior to joining Radiologix, Ms. Gleber served as president
and chief operating officer of Care Support of America, an early-stage company
that is developing an insurance product designed specifically for the elderly
with advanced illnesses.
    From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Gleber served as senior vice president of West
Group Operations for Renal Care Group, a $1.5 billion in revenue publicly
traded company that provides dialysis and related nephrology services through
445 outpatient dialysis centers in 34 states.  West Group was one of the three
operating companies within Renal Care Group, comprised of 141 dialysis units,
14 joint ventures, 1,821 employees, home and acute programs, and the company's
disease management program.

    From 1989 to 2000, Ms. Gleber served in progressively more responsible
positions with Curative Health Services, a publicly traded provider of high-
touch patient services for chronic disease states, culminating as chief
operating officer from 1996 to 2000.  At Curative, she managed company-wide
operations and development of a network of wound care centers in the U.S. and
Puerto Rico.  Ms. Gleber began her career in health care in 1977.  She holds a
B.S. in accounting from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Nova
Southeastern University.
