Technology Product Innovation Awards. Mykrolis's SolidSense(R) II pressure
transducer and IntelliFlow(R) 3XP mass flow controller were recognized for

in-chief of Gases & Technology presented the two awards to Mykrolis yesterday
during SEMICON West in San Francisco.
