SHOW -- Ukrainian passenger and cargo carrier Donbassaero Airlines has
selected Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners for a five-year
maintenance service agreement. The exclusive agreement covers all engine
maintenance for the fleet's four Airbus A320 aircraft powered by V2500
engines. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX)
company.

Airlines Aleksandr Grechko.
Donbassaero Airlines, based in Donetsk, Ukraine, is one of the leading
Ukrainian airlines. Donbassaero operates international flights to Russia,
Caucasus, the Middle East and Southern Europe, and also operates domestic
flights between major Ukrainian cities. Donbassaero's fleet consists of 10
Yakovlev 42s and four Airbus 320s.
