Hamilton Sundstrand Signs Spare Parts Agreement With Saab Aerotech

    FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW, FARNBOROUGH, England, July 15
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United
Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has signed an exclusive agreement with Saab
Aerotech to supply spare parts to support repair and overhaul of Hamilton
Sundstrand components installed on Saab commercial aircraft and others.

    "This agreement further improves our capability to provide high quality
component maintenance services not only to our Saab aircraft operators, but
also to the operators of many other aircraft types equipped with Hamilton
Sundstrand components," said Lars Brannstrom, vice president of Saab
Aerotech's Aircraft Services Division.

    Over the course of the 10-year agreement, Saab Aerotech will receive
dependable, timely, and quality material and technical support. Hamilton
Sundstrand has similar agreements in place with 28 of the world's top 30
airlines.
