Products LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vertellus Specialties Inc., will
increase prices for the following product lines: Heiscore Salts and
Solutions, Quaternary Ammonium Compounds including Cetylpyridinium
Chloride, and Alkanes. Increases range between 5 and 25 percent depending
on the product type and are effective immediately or as contracts allow.
This increase is necessary to cover the unprecedented escalating costs of
raw materials, energy and transportation.
