companies, announced today that James A. Fisher has joined as Partner.

Mr. Fisher, with over 26 years of middle market private debt investing
experience, most recently led the transfer and integration of Callidus
Capital Finance to AC Finance (Allied Capital), where he served as Senior
Managing Director. Prior to this, he served as a Partner at Callidus
Capital Management, where he created a middle market loan origination and
management business. Jim also spent 23 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, most
recently serving as Senior Vice President and Division Executive of the
JPMorgan Middle Market Structured Finance Division. He received his BA from
Union College and completed the Stanford University Executive Management
Program.
