Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors Sells 1410 East Renner Road in Richardson, Texas

    SANTA ANA, Calif., July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Grubb & Ellis Realty
Investors, LLC today announced the disposition of 1410 East Renner Road, a
two-story office building in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, on behalf of
tenant-in-common investors.

    Built in 1999, 1410 East Renner Road offers approximately 117,000
square feet of rentable space situated on approximately seven acres of
land. The property offers easy access to U.S. Highway 75 and State Highway
190, and has 516 on-site parking spaces for visitors and tenants.

    Originally purchased in October 2003, 1410 Renner Road was sold to LBA
Realty, LLC. Russell Ingram and Eric Mackey from CB Richard Ellis
represented the seller in the transaction, and Peter Danna of CB Richard
Ellis represented the buyer.

    The disposition marks the 57th securitized 1031 TIC exchange program
taken full-cycle by Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, an unrivaled industry
record.
