announced a joint venture agreement with CDM, Inc., a Canadian real estate
forms provider. eTRANSCENTRAL is integrating CDM's Instanet forms product
into eTRANSCENTRAL's Real Estate Transaction Management System. The
integration will bring the first end to end, document driven transaction
management system to the real estate industry.

for both companies. At the end of the day, the resulting functionality of our

be on hand at eTRANSCENTRAL's booth at the Inman Connect Technology Conference
in San Francisco July 24-26, to answer questions. The show is the planned
product launch for eTRANSCENTRAL's new system.
