BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Colonial Properties
Trust (NYSE: CLP), announced today its Board of Trustees has approved a
dividend of $0.67 per common share, payable on August 6, 2004 to shareholders
of record as of July 30, 2004, representing an ex-dividend date of July 28,
2004. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $2.68 per share.
