Dror Pockard, Formerly a Group President in Amdocs Inc., Will Enter the
Position July 20th

    ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Koor Industries
Ltd. (NYSE: KOR), ("Koor"), a leading Israeli investment holding company,
announced today, together with its investment partners in Telrad Networks
("Telrad") - Fortissimo Capital Fund, HarbourVest International Private
Equity Partners and Poalim Ventures, that Dror Pockard, formerly Group
President, in Amdocs Inc., will join Telrad as CEO effective July 20th 2005.
    Pockard was responsible for Amdocs products business units. He was also a
division president of Clarify, the CRM division of Amdocs, and was in charge
of Amdocs System Integration organization. Prior to joining Amdocs, he was
the Managing Director of the Israeli Ernst & Young Consulting Office,
responsible for E&Y technology and information systems consulting services.
    Mr. Pockard holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management
and Economics from Tel Aviv University, in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dror also serves
and the chairman of the Friends of the Branco Weiss Institute for Education.
