regarding the release of beneficiary complaint data by the Centers for

"Data released by CMS demonstrate that Medicare Part D plan sponsors
are providing high-quality services for millions of beneficiaries. This
report is in line with recent surveys that have found widespread enrollee
satisfaction with the Medicare prescription drug benefit.
"What few complaints there are can be traced to one-time enrollment and
disenrollment issues, not pricing, coinsurance, benefits or access issues
in the program."
