team. Mike Scott has been promoted to President of the Broadband Services
Division and Alan Michels has been promoted to President of Worldwide Delivery

Michels joined CSG Systems in 2002 and has held a number of positions in
the company, including Executive Vice President of the Global Software
Services Division. He has more than 28 years of experience in leading
technology and telecommunications companies.
