FirstBank NW Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.17 Per Share

    CLARKSTON, Wash., July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FirstBank NW Corp.
(Nasdaq: FBNW), the holding company for FirstBank Northwest, announced that
its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
$0.17 per common share.  The dividend will be paid on August 24, 2005 to
shareholders of record at August 10, 2005.  This marks the thirty-second
regular quarterly cash dividend since FirstBank became a publicly traded
company in July 1997.

    FirstBank NW Corp. is the parent of FirstBank Northwest.  Founded in 1920,
FirstBank Northwest is based in Clarkston, Washington.  FirstBank Northwest
operates 20 branch locations in Idaho, eastern Washington and eastern Oregon,
