after the close of the market on Thursday, August 4th, 2005.
On Friday, August 5th, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, TEN will host a
conference call to review second quarter results as well as management's
outlook for the business. The call, which will be hosted by TEN's senior

TEN expects to operate a fleet of 38 vessels of 4.1 million dwt by
