SALT LAKE CITY, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Franklin Covey Co. (NYSE: FC)
announced today that it has completed the divestiture of the Franklin Covey
Institute of Fitness (formerly known as the National Institute of Fitness), in
order to focus on growing its core training and product businesses.
The terms of the divestiture were not made public due to a nondisclosure
agreement between the parties; however, the Company does not expect the impact
of the transaction to have a material effect on the Company's financial
results.
