Worldwide Flight Services Awarded Delta Air Lines Montreal Airport Cargo Handling Contract

    MONTREAL, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Worldwide Flight Services, formerly
known as AMR Services, has been selected by Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) to
perform ramp services for its 105 weekly flights at Montreal Dorval
International Airport (YUL) beginning April 1, 1999.
    Worldwide Flight Services already serves Canada 3000 Airlines, American
Airlines and American Eagle at Dorval International.  The new contract will
add 40 new jobs to Worldwide's growing operation at Montreal's airport, which
serves nearly seven million passengers each year.
    "This contract marks the continuing expansion of our relationship
with Worldwide Flight Services," according to Diane Mitchell, Delta Air Lines
Station Manager at Dorval.  "We are well aware of the professional services
Worldwide Flight Services provides for other airlines at Montreal, as well as
the high caliber of services they offer at other airports we serve.  We know
that Worldwide will provide our customers with the high level service they
always expect from Delta."
    This is the second contract Worldwide Flight Services has undertaken for
Delta Air Lines within the last two weeks.  On March 15, Worldwide also began
cargo services at Miami Airport for Delta.  Other locations where Worldwide
serves Delta include:  into-plane fueling at Jackson, Mississippi and
Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina as well as interline baggage handling at Los
Angeles, California.
