AMR Services Receives Contract Renewal From City of Houston for George Bush Intercontinental Airport

    HOUSTON, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Houston has again selected
AMR Services, a world leader in airline services, to perform aircraft support
services and apron hardstand operations at George Bush Intercontinental
Airport.  The three-year contract renewal is effective today.
    "The commitment the City of Houston and AMR Services expressed with this
contract is exciting for the entire AMR Services team," said Darin Alley,
director of maintenance for AMR Services in Houston.  "We view this renewal as
an affirmation of the quality service we have provided in Houston for the past
six years."
    AMR Services provides aircraft support services, including jetbridge
maintenance, aircraft gate power and pre-conditioned air systems for aircraft.
It also provides apron hardstand operations, including bus transportation from
the hardstand to the terminal.  AMR Services has 30 employees at Bush
Intercontinental, and supports three airlines, including American, Continental
and Korean.
