             Aviation Services Leader Launches New Name and Logo

    DFW AIRPORT, Texas, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- With a new name and dynamic
new logo, Worldwide Flight Services, formerly known as AMR Services, continues
to aggressively expand airport services both nationally and internationally.
    Worldwide Flight Services' new name and logo are a result of the company's
recent purchase by New York-based merchant bank, Castle Harlan, Inc.  The new
ownership is expected to provide the resources needed for additional
expansions in Europe, Asia and other international markets.

200 airlines, at more than 60 major airports," said Peter Pappas, president

    Worldwide provides ground services to most of the world's leading
airlines, including American Airlines, Air France, British Airways, Delta Air
Lines, KLM, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Singapore and United.  Those services
include passenger check-in and ticketing, passenger boarding, cargo loading
and unloading, and cargo facilities management, ramp services such as aircraft
arrival, pushback and cabin cleaning.  The company serves major airports

    Since the first of the year, Worldwide has won a number of new airline and
airport contracts.  These include new services at Newark, NJ and Montreal's
