announced today that they has moved their corporate headquarters from Downtown
Denver to the Denver Technical Center.

"The consolidation of our offices will reduce our expenses, and bring our
people together in one location," stated Douglas Hanson, President and CEO.

The Company's 5000 square foot Data Center will continue to be located in
the Downtown office, including the Web Solutions Team, and Customer Service
and Technical Support. The new corporate headquarters are in the Paragon
Building, located at 7100 East Belleview Avenue, at the corner of Belleview
Avenue and Quebec Street in the Denver Technical Center.
