results for the second quarter 2006 following the close of the U.S.
financial markets on Thursday, August 3, 2006. PDL will hold a conference
call to discuss these financial results, its commercial and clinical
activities and its outlook at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on August 3, 2006.
