announced that it has signed agreements with Anadarko Energy Services Company
and Manchester Gas Storage Facility to combine the strengths and expertise of
each company to create additional value for the end-use customers of MOUNTAIN
ENERGY.

over 600 small and medium-sized industrial and commercial end users in Kansas

Eichenberg also announced today that MOUNTAIN ENERGY has entered into an
agreement to act as agent for the sales and management of capacity for the
Manchester Gas Storage Facility. Located in Grant County, Oklahoma, the
Manchester facility has more than 12 billion cubic feet of storage capacity
and substantial deliverability into the Williams (over 100 million cubic feet
per day) and Oklahoma Natural Gas (over 30 million cubic feet per day)
systems.
