Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced the signing of a 205,000 square foot
lease with United Stationers Inc. (Nasdaq: USTR) at One Parkway North in
Deerfield, Illinois. With this lease, the 251,018 square foot One Parkway
North building is now 92% leased and the one million square foot Parkway North
office park (including One Parkway North, which is 100% owned by CarrAmerica
and an additional 6 office buildings totaling approximately 750,000 square
feet owned by a joint venture between CarrAmerica and New York State Teachers'
Retirement System) is 95% leased.
